A correction promise is only useful if there is somewhere to check it. This page is the public record.
How corrections work
When a published factual claim, number, attribution, Scripture reference, quotation, or other factual statement is wrong, we update the original piece and record the change here.
Small spelling, punctuation, layout, accessibility, or style fixes that do not correct a factual error are not normally logged.
Each correction identifies the page, the date, what changed, and why.

That does not mean every page is perfect. It means no material correction has been entered in this public log yet.
