Refunds and revisions
If you purchase a paid Sweet Bobby Roadmap and change your mind before personalized work begins, you may request a full refund.
Once you submit the paid Roadmap intake and personalized work begins, payments are non-refundable because the work is being created specifically for your household.
If you complete your intake and the delivered Roadmap does not fairly reflect the information and situation you provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will revise the Roadmap at no additional charge.
Delivery
Most written Roadmaps are targeted for delivery within about 5 business days after we receive complete final answers. If follow-up information is needed, the delivery clock begins after those final answers are received. Complex situations can take longer, and we will communicate if more time is needed.
Elite Roadmaps receive priority handling. Coaching schedules and follow-up calls are arranged separately.
Payments and payment plans
Payments are processed by Stripe under Trader Nerds, LLC, the legal business operating Sweet Bobby. Your card or bank statement may reference Trader Nerds, LLC.
Where a two-payment option is offered, the total price and first payment are shown before checkout. The second installment is due 30 days after the first payment. The current two-payment arrangements are finite payment plans, not open-ended subscriptions.
Financial education and coaching
Sweet Bobby provides financial education and coaching. Written Roadmaps organize information you provide, illustrate scenarios, identify questions and priorities, and help you prepare for financial decisions.
Sweet Bobby and Trader Nerds, LLC are not acting through this website as a Registered Investment Adviser, broker-dealer, attorney, CPA, or insurance agent. Sweet Bobby materials do not constitute individualized investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice. When a decision requires licensed professional advice, you should consult the appropriate qualified professional.
Illustrations and projections are estimates, not guarantees. Financial markets, interest rates, tax rules, benefits, and personal circumstances can change.
Privacy and data use
Sweet Bobby collects only the information reasonably needed to provide the website, free Snapshot, scholarship review, Roadmaps, coaching, billing, and support.
Depending on what you use, that information may include your name, email address, phone number, household and family information, income and cash-flow figures, debt totals, savings and retirement information, insurance and estate-planning status, goals, and the financial questions you want help understanding.
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full bank or investment account numbers, or other login credentials through ordinary website forms or email.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of Sweet Bobby. Cloudflare hosts the main website. The free Snapshot is currently hosted on Netlify and may use form-processing and report-generation services. Jotform hosts the scholarship application. Stripe processes payments. These providers handle information under their own security and privacy practices as part of delivering their services.
What we do with information
We use information to provide the service you requested, generate educational outputs, communicate with you, process payments, review scholarship requests, improve the service, and meet reasonable business or legal recordkeeping needs.
Sweet Bobby does not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, support follow-up work, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. No online system can promise perfect security, so please avoid sending information we do not need.
